Our team consists of an AI consultant and an implementation team. We have collaborated with a diverse range of clients, acquiring essential knowledge of AI and automation across various industries and professions. Our team reduces the costs and time associated with hiring a full-time team of your own.
What fees are involved?
How long does it take to complete a task?
There are three distinct fees associated with the following stages:
Readiness Assessment - This involves an AI consultant evaluating your business to understand your specific needs for AI or automation.
Workflow Workshop - This stage is conducted only if the business is deemed ready for AI or automation. It entails a detailed examination of the processes that require AI or automation.
Implementation - Once the workflow is finalised, the implementation team will commence the process of integrating AI or automation into your business operations.
The length of the assessment phase depends on what is being evaluated, one or several business workflows (each workflow having a separate assessment), to gather information and create a report of the findings.
The workflow workshop is contingent upon the assessment. We aim to map only one process within an assessment that encompasses multiple workflows. This involves a detailed process mapping of the requirements, culminating in the creation of a workflow document at the end of the process.
Implementations can typically take anywhere from 1 to 48 months to complete, depending on the requirements and complexity of the tasks that need to be accomplished.
Can I make changes during the process?
Your satisfaction is paramount to us. you can make changes at any of the three stages (detailed under "What fees are involved?"). This will incur additional fees and may increase the time of the project.
Whats your refund policy?
Each of the three stages (assessments, workflows, and implementation) incurs separate fees. We collect payment for each stage at the commencement of that specific stage. Once an area is underway, refunds will not be issued.
