Frequently Asked Questions

What types of client do you work with?

We can work with a diverse range of clients including start ups, small businesses, medium and large sized corporations.

Why shouldn't I just hire my own team?

Bringing on a full-time Developer can be quite expensive, often with annual salaries over £80,000, not to mention the additional costs for benefits. Then add on salaries for a Project Manager and a UX Designer, and the costs soon escalate. The recruitment process can also be time-consuming and difficult. Additionally, your workload might vary, resulting in times when you don't have enough work to justify a full-time development team. With our subscription membership, you pay only for the development work you require, have the flexibility to pause or resume your subscription as needed, and avoid the financial strain of an underutilised in-house team.

How many projects and tasks can I have?
How long does it take to complete a task?

With our subscription model, you have the flexibility to add or modify as many tasks as needed in your queue. Our team organises these tasks into weekly "Sprints". Each new week, a fresh sprint begins with new tasks and revisions where necessary. After a task is finished, it goes into a "Review" phase to guarantee your satisfaction before proceeding.

Please note that only one project can be active at a time. Upon completing your current project, you can initiate a new one using your existing subscription. To work on multiple projects concurrently, you will need to obtain additional subscriptions.

The timeline for your software development depends largely on the complexity of the tasks involved. Typically, most task requests are completed within 24-72 hours, although more complex tasks may require additional time to finish.

You will usually monitor progress through weekly "Sprints". These sprints consist of multiple tasks that the developer prioritises and completes within the week. Any tasks that remain incomplete at the end of the sprint will carry over to the next week's sprint.

How It Works

An active project is divided into essential components called "tasks". These tasks are then grouped into a weekly sprint, which usually includes 3-6 tasks to be completed within that week. The number of tasks in a sprint can vary depending on their difficulty and the specifics of your request.

Example Project Timelines

Small Projects (1-2 Months)

Medium Projects (2-4 Months)

Large Projects (4-6 Months)

Please note that these examples are general estimates, and the timelines may vary based on the complexity of the requests. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality work and will keep you informed about your project's progress throughout the development process.

What if I don't like the result?

Your satisfaction is paramount to us. If the software solution doesn't meet your expectations, we'll keep refining it until you're completely satisfied with the final outcome.

What if I don’t need a development team for a month?

If you have no projects for a certain month, you can simply pause your subscription and restart it whenever you require our services again. This flexibility comes without any penalties or extra charges.

Whats your refund policy?

Refunds cannot be provided once a project has been initiated and is in progress.
